Aberdour Shinty Club got their season in the Marine Harvest League South Division Two off to a winning start on Saturday, when they defeated Tayforth 3-2 in a matched switched to Aberdour.
Good news reaches us as Chablis, the cat reported missing on s1aberdour earlier this week, has turned up at home safe and sound.

Aberdour will face Lochbroom in the first round of the Sutherland Cup
The season may still be weeks away, but Aberdour shinty club are already preparing for the new season, with the draw already made for the first of this year's cup competitions.
The club will face a home tie against Lochbroom in the first round of the Aberdeen Considine Sutherland Cup after the draw in Inverness.
Lochbroom were runners-up in north division three last year so will provide a tough test for Aberdour, who finished third in south division two.
The tie will be played at Aberdour on Saturday 10th April.
